Rates

$150 per 50 minute session.

In order to keep therapy affordable, I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots to individuals who are committed to coming to weekly therapy. If finances are a concern, please do not hesitate to ask about sliding scale pricing.

Services Offered

Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and offered to adults, ages 18 and older.

In-person sessions take place in a private office space in the Village of Arroyo Grande. Parking lot and free street parking are available.

Virtual sessions are available to California residents with busy schedules or who reside outside of the Central Coast.

Insurance

I understand that therapy is a significant investment, and I am committed to providing the highest quality care. For this reason, I have chosen not to accept insurance due to the limitations insurance companies often place on the type, frequency, and duration of therapy sessions and in an effort to protect your confidentiality. Insurance companies also require detailed information about your therapy, including diagnoses and treatment plans that become apart of your health record.

By opting out of insurance, I am able to provide more individualized care and protect the privacy of the clients I work with.

I am happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company on your own for potential reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. This will require that I document a diagnosis. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company ahead of time to ask about your out-of-network benefits so you can determine if my services align with your financial needs.
